The Executive Director will serve as the organization’s leader, working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, partner camps, school & community partners, and other key stakeholders to implement and strengthen a strategic vision that ensures Camp for All Kids’ continued success and growth.

The Executive Director will supervise multiple staff positions (currently 4) to ensure the development, growth and execution of program-level strategies. He or she will leverage the expertise that each employee brings to their role, harness the diverse skill set of the organization’s Board of Directors, spearhead and execute fundraising initiatives, and cultivate relationships with CFAK’s partners, donors and supporters.
