Camp for All Kids is excited to introduce our new Chief Advancement Officer, Josh Keller. Josh returns to Chicago after spending the past five years in Los Angeles working for the education non-profit City Year. Josh most recently served as the organization’s Senior Corporate and Foundations Manager where, along with being the site’s lead grant writer, he was responsible for a large portfolio of corporate and foundation partnerships. Josh also served as the site’s Alumni Point, managing their Alumni Board and leading the charge on alumni engagement events, fundraising, and programming.
Prior to joining their development team, Josh served two years with City Year LA, first as a corps member and then as a Team Leader at a Boyle Heights Middle School. While working at the school, Josh was responsible for supporting students academically and emotionally in an effort to increase their student outcomes while also running parent engagement events and leading an after-school enrichment program.
Josh has an extensive background in camp, having spent 14 summers at Camp Kawaga as both a camper and a counselor, including two summers as Program Director. Josh is a proud alum of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and holds a certificate in Grant Writing and Administration from Cal State Dominquez Hills.
